Duties
- Enter description and photos onto our auction website
- Must also be familiar with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with precision and speed
- Verify accuracy of data by cross-referencing source documents and performing quality checks
- Organize and file physical and digital records systematically for easy retrieval
- Have the ability to work efficiently to ensure all listings are entered and active on a very strict timeline
Requirements
- Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or administrative support in an office environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; capable of handling large volumes of data efficiently
- Prior office experience involving data entry, transcription, or order processing is preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
